Growing up in Ohio, whenever it snowed we begged my granny to make snow ice cream! And even now when it snows in Portland, I just want that cold simple treat. Here is a recipe that I think most resembles my memory of snow ice cream. There are others without eggs too. This gift wrap is an homage to that memory and has my hand drawn snowflakes too!
