Shipping and Returns

Shop policies for Keller Design Co.

All of the items in my shop either ship directly from my studio in Portland, OR or from one of my print partners. I do everything I can to get orders out the door quickly so you can enjoy them!

Shipping policies 

Processing time: My current time to ship an item after payment is 1-3 business days. If the arrival of your order needs to be rushed you'll want to upgrade to Priority or Express shipping upon checkout.

International Orders: Customer is responsible for any custom's taxes/fees. Please note I cannot lower the value amount or mark as a gift on the customs form. Please be aware that especially during times of COVID, international shipping especially can be delayed more than usual.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Keller is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If these items are returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to reship to the correct address.

Missing orders: While extremely rare, if a package ends up missing on its travels to you, I am happy to send a replacement! If an item is marked as delivered but did not arrive, Keller is not responsible. Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure!

If there are any issues, I’ll do my very best to figure it out! I promise!

Returns and exchanges

Keller Design Co gladly accepts returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. The Keller return/ exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, Keller can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before you send anything back, please contact me at if you have any problems with your order so we can work out the best solution. If the item was damaged in shipping, please document the item and packaging (photograph it).

If we determine that you should send an item back in order to receive a refund or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Not all items will need to be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition (meaning, I cannot sell the item) , you are responsible for any loss in value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Original Artwork including embroidery and paintings
  • Digital downloads

Order Turnaround

My goal is to process orders within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday. I do not ship on weekends or holidays (ok, sometimes I ship on Saturdays).  Please note that the holiday season increase in orders will increase processing time for orders to up to 5 days from the date your order is placed. Due to carrier delays and COVID-19 there will be some orders delayed in the time in transit. When placing an order, please add 1-3 days processing time to your selected method for shipping, and take note that this can increase to up to 3-5 business days during holidays. I’ll do my very best to get your order shipped out to you as soon as I can!
